My role as an Escrow Officer is to provide clear, concise, neutral, and transparent communication to all parties. I personally introduce myself to buyers and sellers via phone, and I follow up with a comprehensive introductory letter sent out by e-mail. I am always accessible to you and your clients by phone, e-mail, and in person during office hours.

Compassion matters. I take great pride in being there for your clients, assisting with any questions or concerns that may arise during the course of our transaction. Being kind, patient, and understanding provides your clients with peace of mind knowing that I am on their team and here to help in any way I can.

Time is valuable to you and your clients and I respect that when a question or need is presented, a timely response is appreciated. I make it a priority to reply to all calls and emails within the hour, with which they are received.
